Just as bad as sony now
Xbox online chat used to be great for contacting support although they've removed this feature now you're stuck with a bot and people that don't know anything and can't do anything. Bring back online chat support Microsoft

FH5 is a game of trees
FH5 is a game of trees, logs and rocks and pebbles that slow you down that annoys adults THAT PAY yet the Devs ban paying adults for 8,000 years and they harvest kids, cheats, hackers, mod accounts and drug users blasting 420. They banned me from Xbox as they called me a good boy - I am 36 and I was offended and they started it by ramming me off over my disability. If you see StormRacer or WindowsXP on the comments section, report them constantly and get them banned. T10 and PG are only interested in flip n roll cars, logs, rocks and poorly scales trees and kids. They actually banned a fellow racer for 8,000 years and he is now hiring legal aid to take Microsoft down for harvesting kids, convicts, drug users, hackers, cheats and mod account users to get one back. FM, FH and Gran Turismo protect the few and not the many. Log that - You log-ged up, inhumaine Devs. They banned a PAYING ADULT for 8,000 years - They need urgent psychological assessments. Are they even HUMAN?

Minus two stars.
Hard to find a way to contact support when I already have the service tickets.
And when it finally comes to support chat/call the quality is random - one person can check everything without asking, other one will ask you for every service number, tracking number etc. and will mute themselves because they need to check this for a few minutes... Same case, different approach.
Also first consultant hang up without calling back. Second one was hanging up 3 times.

The service on the other hand was fine but I've received a letter in Hungarian instead of my native language Polish. I don't even read Hungarian...

Would give it 0 starts but won't let me my account was hacked twice in a month the recovery info was changed without notice then when you finally get ahold of someone they tell you you can't change it for 30 days I've been hacked twice by the same person in less then 30 days because they won't let me change any of my info time to trash the xbox and go to Playstation

Unable to access Xbox support
Unable to access Xbox support. Webchat is never available and the callback function fails without...fail, and it's been this way for many months. Emailed the CEO who passed the enquiry to customer escalations , who told me to go through the e-support that isn't working.

If you need help with your Xbox, you may not be able to get it!

The worst customer service
Getting my elite series 2 controller is one of the worst processes I’ve ever encountered. Not only was it very confusing navigating though the website, and frustrating, but I ended up googling the Xbox phone number to get any kind of service. Then when I got on the phone with the representative it felt like he was doing everything to minimize the situation. And now I have to go a week without a controller because I have to ship it for them to repair a controller I paid 150 dollars for that started acting up after a month. Xbox now seems shady.

Total piece of junk
Total piece of junk, never had an Xbox for 6 to 7 years. Thought i could buy one for me and my grandson, you need a Harvard university rocket ship degree to work it, gone are the days you just put a game in and play, certainly nothing like that with this contraption, why are things not straight forward anymore, just spent £600.00 on the console and games, lost the will to live with it, after 3 days of frustration i smashed it and binned it

DON'T BUY
First off, you have to pay a subscription of é12.99 per month. So let's see what you get. Games on special offer, so-called free games while you are paying your subscription, and a Play anywhere on certain games. But if you lost your password and your phone number changed then any games that you downloaded will be gone forever. And don't get me started on customer support, if you cannot remember your password there is no customer support as you need to log into your account to get help.

Don’t bother with the new Xbox Series X, get PlayStation instead
Don’t bother with the new gen. I have been on Xbox for years since the original and always stayed loyal. Had little issues here and there but nothing too major or atleast after years. The new gen is a completely different experience. About 9-10 months in my Xbox completely gave up, wouldn’t load any games and kept crashing. After weeks of slow replies and self fix after self fix after self fix I finally got some reprieve and started working again, trusting Xbox who I’ve been with for the best part of 18 years I continued. About a month ago a year and a month in same again. Contacted Xbox and told to re go through the steps, everything I’ve already tried and done and still taking between 24-48 hours per response (bear in mind they ask you to try around 8-9 different steps) I’m being told they want £254.10 too fix it as my warranty ran out 2 months ago. So now I’m stuck with a choice, fork out another £250 on top of the £600 I already paid or be stuck with a £600 paperweight because that’s literally all it’s useful for. I have pictures and videos from months ago and recent showing the same issue so trading standards will be notified… sound like a serious Karen right now but with just how unhelpful (having a call back service which hasn’t worked for months and advising if you have an issue going through there so directing people to an out of contact number which hindered me getting this resolved alone) they have been is insane. Don’t make my mistake, get the PS5, my brother switched after seeing how my Xbox has been and hasn’t had a single issue, it’s early days but I haven’t heard of 1 issue on PlayStation but experienced nothing but pain with the new Xbox
